I like it.
The Alesis Dm10 MkII Pro is a great kit for this price range. I've been playing it nonstop for the past few weeks and I'm loving it. It has 50 preset drum kits that allow for some adjustment, 30 user kits that you can really make your own, and 758 different percussion, electronic, drum, and cymbal sounds that you can assign to different drums, rims, and cymbals. If that's not enough, the module has a USB port where you import your own samples. It has 100 play along songs of different genres built into the module that you can play along to, add the metronome, +/- the tempo depending on how fast/slow you like to play. Of course, you can connect your iphone/computer by USB midi and play along to songs on that, however the module's metronome doesn't go with it. The snare and all toms are dual zone so you have a sound on the head and the rim. The sensitivity on all the drums and cymbals is adjustable so you can adjust them to fit your playing style. I still have a lot on this kit that I haven't messed with, but this is a great kit. All mesh heads (adjustable), very comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend.
