Comments about Yamaha FS720S Acoustic Guitar:

I absolutely love this guitar and I'll keeping it until I die. Essentially a remake of the old folk bodied Red Label FG-150 except with a solid top. Everything about this instrument is perfect. It has a bright, clear tone with great sustain and decent bass. The feel and playability is on par with the sound; perfect action, great tuners, great feel to the neck, closely spaced strings that are great for finger picking. The fit and finish are also great. A beautifully clean design. I'm not going to say its as good as a Martin or Larvee but the value is outstanding, it certainly rivals $600+ guitars and I think it's much better than my Baby Taylor.

Comments about Yamaha FS720S Acoustic Guitar:

I was looking for a smaller body, but am usually disappointed by the tone at this price point. The deeper body compensates for the smaller box. Doesn't sound "nasal" or boxy like other small bodied guitars like other inexpensive brands or even like Gibson L-00 style guitars. Was really impressed that it had a great full sound even when strummed, which is very uncommon. You will be incredibly surprised at the sound and playability of this guitar. I'd definitely be willing to pay more for the same guitar. By the way, I'm accustomed to playing nicer, more expensive guitars such as Taylor, Goodall, etc.

Comments about Yamaha FS720S Acoustic Guitar:

I haven't had the guitar 2 weeks and I already love it. The value of Yamaha guitars never ceases to amaze me. Its pretty much a remake of the FG 110 but with a deeper body. I keep it in the living room and I can't stop playing it. It shares its neck with the FG720S and uses the same body materials. It plays beautifully and has a nice full tone, the sound is similar to the FG720S but with less bass. I plan on keeping this guitar for a very long time, the solid top and durable Yamaha construction mean it will only sweeten with age. I really can't think of a single problem.
