With the Stage 55 Wireless System you get incredible reception, crystal clear sound in a VHF system priced to bring the freedom of wireless to everyone.

This system offers transmitters for every application and style...and it's perfect for guitars too, just plug in with a Samson GC5 guitar cable. The SR55 receiver makes true diversity wireless technology available to everyone.

This "diversity" design houses two antennas and a receiver circuit in a single chassis. The advanced circuit design continuously scans RF signals from the two antennas and determines which one has the clearest and strongest reception, automatically (and silently) switching that signal to the receiver. The SR55 features variable squelch, six-segment LED RF level and audio level metering, dual front mounted antennas and XLR and 1/4" outputs.

The ST5 beltpack features 1/8" mini-jack input for all Stage Series mic transmitters and will operate flawlessly for 10 hours with one 9-Volt battery. Includes battery level meter.

Things You Will Get:

  • ST5 Belt Pack
  • SR55 Receiver

Comments about Samson Stage 55 VHF Wireless System:

well for most part is not bad? but could be better, in the age of "Digital Electronics" some VHF and UHF type systems may not be as they were 20+ years ago, however if something you would need for a "Basic Entry" unit, it's not a bad deal? but would save up if your counting the budget? to at least get something that is either a "Digital System" such as the 2.4G type systems or there Equivalent, as well for most part, we did encounter some Interference and some "Clarity Issues" but then again for the price, not too bad.

Comments about Samson Stage 55 VHF Wireless System:

There is one major flaw with this unit that keeps it from being a usable product: There aren't enough threads exposed where you plug in the instrument cable, and it either strips out OR once you get it to thread it easily falls off, resulting in the over-tightening in an effort to keep that from happening and spins the entire jack loose from the circuit board. On the other hand, it makes a pretty good tester for 9 volt batteries... I have gone through two of these now and the exact same issue has ruined them both, and because the receiver is one channel only it's useless as well. I bought a used Nady that work way better. If it weren't for this one little thing that turns into a big thing, I would totally recommend this unit, because before it quit working it worked great. I'm just glad I found out my second one died at rehearsal and not at a gig. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!~
