I have one of these on my 14 x 5-1/2 steel snare and I liked it so much I put them on all of my toms and they sound incredible!! Plus they look great on my black shells.

These heads are one of the best heads out there. They make poor sets sound awesome, and they make good sets sound the best they ever could.
I suggest these heads as batter heads, and then add Black Pinstripes as your resonant heads for an intense sound. These last forever, literally, and sound good until the day they drop dead.
They make take a little bit longer to tune, but when you are done you will cry because of how good they make your set sound, and they look gorgeous on any set too.
You can't go wrong with these heads.
