BIGGER Bridge, BIGGER Tone is what you will find. The solid metal bridge provides substantial additional bridge-to-body contact than a traditional rectangular bridge. The extra mass and contact provides a unique tonal quality. You will hear and feel the extra resonance and sustain. This custom bridge also allows the strings to be top-mounted or run through the body for added sustain and tension.
The Phoenix also features a real quilt maple top, Grover tuners and an active pickup system with volume, blend and a three band EQ. The neck is a rock solid 5 piece design featuring maple and walnut. It is further stabalized with an internal graphite rod and a double-adjustable truss rod for increased adjustment and longevity. This is a lot of bass for the buck! Case not included.
