MAGMA P7R 7 Slot 32 bit 33Mhz PCI Expansion Chassis
MAGMA's patented 7-Slot, 32-bit/33MHz PCI-to-PCI Expansion System accommodates seven full-length 32-bit or 64-bit PCI cards in a separate enclosure (rack-mount or tower) that connects to a host desktop or server through an available PCI slot. With MAGMA's patented PCI Expansion Technology, everything installed in the enclosure actually acts as if it's inside the host computer. This is accomplished by the chassis communicating to the host via a 1 or 1.5 meter cable and a short 'universal' PCI host card providing up to a 132MB/second data transfer rate between the host computer and the hardware within the chassis.

The Lifeline
MAGMA's patented PCI Expansion Technology is incorporated into a short 'universal' PCI card, extending the PCI Bus outside of your host computer. A 1 to 1.5 meter flexible cable provides a high-speed communication link from your computer or server to your PCI Expansion System.
Multiple Power Options
A 300 Watt AC power supply is standard. Optional power supplies include a 400 Watt AC and a 275 Watt 'Silencer' power supply for noise sensitive applications.
Stay Cool
A quiet fan provides optimal cooling to your cards and disk drives within the ventilated enclosure.
Save Your Work
Optional drive bays are available to accommodate up to eight internal 3.5" disk drives.

The manufacturer's warranty covers parts for one year and labor for one year from date of purchase. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, abuse, and contains other exclusions.
