Capacitor-based elements are warmer, brighter and bigger sounding than electret-based elements. The CL7 features a large, 1.1-inch, ultra thin diaphragm capsule which faithfully reproduces a variety of sound sources including vocals, acoustic instruments and overhead cymbals, to name just a few.

Resolv A6 Two-Way Active Studio Monitors

With a complete redesign of the Resolv reference monitors, Samson has combined precise engineering and the highest quality components with an elegant cabinet design for incredibly accurate monitoring.

Resolv A6 monitors feature 6.5-inch woven carbon fiber woofers for tight and controlled low frequency response while their 1.25-inch silk dome tweeters deliver smooth, sweet highs. On the front panel of the cabinet is a piano black lacquer finish. Inset into this panel is a time-aligned waveguide for the speaker components, allowing minimum diffraction. The inner edge of the tuned low frequency port is also rounded to reduce turbulence at high listening levels.

Dedicated power amps and crossovers that are custom designed for their speakers also ensure professional performance from these monitors. Additionally, cooler operation means no harmonic distortion, so Resolv monitors include an external heatsink, ferro-fluid cooling and a ventilated ceramic motor structure.
