Ashly GQX1502S Dual 15 Band Graphic Equalizer
Ashly’s GQX Series EQ's are based on a tried and true design using precision components in the filter circuitry for significantly quiet operation without the need for noise reduction. These EQ's are referred to as the best and musically sounding EQ’s available. GQX EQs have been modernized by SMT (Surface Mount Technology) component layout and High-Speed Switching Power Supply technology The GQX-1502 features two channels of 15-band 2/3-octave equalization and a switchable high-pass filter (40Hz). The faders are 45mm full-throw and the center detented position removes the filter from the signal chain to minimize any possible degradation in signal noise levels.
Precision Wein-Bridge filters and carefully designed summing amplifiers combine to provide extremely accurate response, low noise, negligible distortion, and complete immunity to magnetic fields. All filters exhibit true constant "Q" response with no broadening near the "flat" setting. High slew-rate circuitry throughout the signal path results in clean, quiet, transparent sound.
