The DTXPLORER is Yamaha’s lowest-priced professional-grade 5-piece electronic drum kit. It features 214 high-caliber Yamaha drum and percussion voices, 22 preset songs, 32 preset drum kits, digital effects, and a 16-bit tone generator with 32-note polyphony. High-impact rubber pads with a natural feel and rebound, a sturdy folding rack, and an FP-6110 bass drum pedal complete the set. - Rack System: Lightweight aluminum tubing with ball clamp mounts and cymbal booms.

Devices such as a CD player can be connected to the module via an AUX IN, while a PC or Mac computer can be connected via MIDI. In addition, the DTXPLORER module can be used with a traditional acoustic drum kit as a stand-alone trigger module. The MS50DR is designed specifically for electronic drums, the MS-50DR comes with one 50 watt 8" bass-reflex sub-woofer and two 20 watt satellite speakers with 4" woofer, 2" midrange and 1" tweeter. You can mount the satellites right on your drum rack. Controls include: Main Input Level Control; Woofer Level Control; Power Switch.
