Tascam CD200i CD Player w/iPod Dock
The Tascam CD200i is aunique combination of rackmountable CD player with a dock for Apple iPod music player. The new player uses a brand new transport, the TEAC CD-5020A. The new transport is custom designed for audio playback with a smooth loading drawer and low clamping noise. The internal clock has been improved for a smoother sound and decreased jitter.
In addition, a sliding drawer revals a connector dock for any Apple iPod. The iPod can be controlled from the CD200i's front panal or wireless remote, including transport control, album navigation and more. The iPod can be changed from the dock connector, and video can even be played through a S-video jack on the rear panal.
The CD-200i has unbalanced phono outputs and S/PDIF digital out on coaxial and optical jacks. MP3 and WAVE file playback is supported, and front panal Folder navigation buttons change folders on CDs and albums on the iPod. A wireless remote control with numerical track select buttons is also included.

The manufacturer's warranty covers parts for 1 year and labor for 90 days from date of purchase. Heads and disk drives are warrantied for 90 days. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, abuse, and contains other exclusions.
