Purchased this bag for a newly acquired Crafter SA (which is, in many ways, similar to the Taylor T5).
The SA fits snugly and comfortably in this bag, and I feel that the guitar is well-protected. Of course, a bag that was designed and manufactured specifically for the Crafter SA might be even better; and there are bags--like those that Godin includes with their guitars--that are even more cushioned, but this gig bag is a great value, and it is one that should be considered if one has a thinline acoustic-electric guitar.
Four Stars (and not five), only because the rating scale here lists five stars as "Perfect. It doesn't get any better," and because of the size/cushioning comparison I stated above, "It doesn't get any better" probably isn't true. However, I don't think that it gets any better at this price.

Wow what a great bag! Its a great snug fit for most any dreadnought guitar. Easy to carry with the backpack straps along with the handles. Also very durable. Great purchase for any guitar player!

It looks pink here but it is actually brown and black! i got it for a christmas present and it dosent fit my acustic!

Wonderful gig bag for my shallowbody ovation guitar. Fits perfect, with storage pocket for chord, strap, etc. I had tried the TKL for ovation, but it was loose and not much padding, this bag runs circles around other gig bags. I give it a Big Thumbs-Up!!
