Comments about Thomastik Eb344 Powerbass Electric Bass 4 String Set (47-107):

The PowerBass strings are so far my favorite string to play live. I use a '53 P-Bass and I want to get everything I can out of the single pickup. These high-output strings do the job better than anything else I've tried. They last a very long time. I use this bass almost every single day for at least one hour and some days up to six hours. I've been using the same set for eight months now and can not hear anything that would make me think they need changing. Very flexible and excellent for finger style players or pick players. You can slap and pop if you want. Very good for all styles. An amazing array of tones from classic P-bass thump to upper midrange fusion tones are all there when you need them. The most amazing string I've ever used. I also use the Thomastik Jazz Flats on another bass (Ibanez) and don't like them nearly as much as the PowerBass strings. These strings are HOT!
