The Hotone Skyline Series TAPE EKO stompbox is so small and lightweight that it can literally live in a guitar case or bag, yet still deliver premium effects.

The Hotone Skyline Series TAPE EKO is a smart echo pedal that embodies the soul of the classic tape echo sound. It provides three delay modes: Mode I, Mode II, and reverse mode.

Mode I gives you all the advantages of a digital delay. Compared with other tape echo effects, this mode produces a brighter, cleaner tone with less noise, all without sacrificing warmth or dynamics. Mode II differs from Mode I in terms of dynamics. These tones are much more true to the traditional magnetic tape echo machine response. The reverse mode, which models a magnetic tape machine’s playback head operating backwards, shares the characteristics of Mode I: warm and natural while maintaining clarity – It will literally take you back in time. With its pronounced LED, the TAPE EKO will shine bright on a live stage.

The minature sized TAPE EKO makes a great addition to any existing pedalboard where space and weight are at a premium, while the true bypass design lets you build the the lightest, most compact pedalboard imaginable using multiple Skyline Series stompboxes.

Don't let its tiny size fool you, the Hotone TAPE EKO is built to last with a strong casing and a metal bar to absorb the most emotional stomps that your passion unleashes.

Hotone has been making high quality affordable guitar FX pedals for years now and the Tape Eko mini stompbox is no exception! WIth 3 different delay types including a reverse, this little pedal packs a deceptive punch you have to hear for yourself! Ideal for home use, studio use, or even on the road! Comments about Hotone Tape Eko Modeling Delay Effect Pedal:

This is a great option for someone with a smaller pedal board that needs to add a versatile first or second delay pedal while not giving up more than a few inches of real estate. Voiced as either a digital delay or I prefer the more tape sounding second mode which to my ear works better when adding overdrive.

Comments about Hotone Tape Eko Modeling Delay Effect Pedal:

This is a great delay pedal for anyone with a crowded board and is more affordable than the average delay. It's easy to dial in your desired amount of delay and feedback and the tone sounds great. The chassis is rock solid so no need to worry about its' small size detracting from durability. Pack it in your gig bag for a delay on the go.

Great tone in a tiny package

Comments about Hotone Tape Eko Modeling Delay Effect Pedal:

I have 2 boards set up, a large one and a micro board and this pedal is always present on both. I like to have 2 delays at my disposal and depending on what material I'm playing I'll set the delay to mode 1 for more of a digital type of sound, or mode 2 for the darker tape delay type. Really couldn't ask for more in a tiny pedal like this. Great stuff!

      Impressive Pedal

Comments about Hotone Tape Eko Modeling Delay Effect Pedal:

Could not believe this tiny pedal had so many features. It's got 3 delays. The first one is a digital sounding delay, like something you'd get in a recording studio, or using a rack processer. They second is a straight up tape delay, with all the warmth and warble of a great big tape machine. The third one is really useful as an effect. It's a reverse delay which plays your delays backwards, good for weird sounding ambient stuff. I just got it for the tape delay emulation, but it's like I got 2 other delay pedals for free.

This pedal is a great example of an echo pedal that is cost effective and sounds great. It has all the options you need with a delay effect, and is very easy to use. And the mini size makes it great for any pedal board or carrying to and from the gig. Even the light on these hotone pedals are great!

Comments about Hotone Tape Eko Modeling Delay Effect Pedal:

By far the smallest pedal I own, with the least compromise in sound and quality. It has several delay modes, each having its own characteristic that cleans and enhances the overall tone drastically, the third being my absolute favorite. Its great construction ensures its durability for time to come, so you wouldn't have to worry about it dying out on you anytime soon.

Comments about Hotone Tape Eko Modeling Delay Effect Pedal:

These pedals may be the size of someone's thumb, but they really pack a punch and sound incredible!! The Tape Eko really gives me the vibe of those good old echo delays. Plus depending on what mood you are in, you can adjust the knobs and make it look happy or angry. Save room on the pedal board with these. Durable, sound great and well built!
