The GN30 combines solid-top construction with a beautiful gloss finish, great-looking appointments and Takamine’s compact but big-sounding NEX body style to create a versatile guitar that can cover a lot of sonic ground.

Well suited to a wide range of styles, the GN30 combines a solid spruce top with mahogany back and sides for a rich, resonant sound. The slim mahogany neck and 12"-radius rosewood fingerboard provide great feel and playability, while the split-saddle design of the pin-less rosewood bridge provides superior intonation for sweeter-sounding chords and single-note runs.

Other great features include a synthetic bone nut and bridge saddle, rosewood headcap, pearloid rosette and dot inlays, chrome die-cast tuners and a beautiful gloss finish. Case not included.

Comments about Takamine Gn30-Nat Acoustic Guitar:

I bought this guitar for my wife, who played some years ago, and now that our daughter is playing, she wants to pick it up again. She is relatively small, so we were looking for a slim profile neck, and sized between parlor and 000. We tried out many brands and models before settling on this one, which is perfect for her. My one "complaint" is that this model (natural finish, no cutaway, no electronics) is fairly hard to find. Normally, I would not consider it ethical to shop the store demonstrators and then buy online. However, in this case, I did so because none of the stores carried this particular model in their in-store inventory. Sam Ash had it on our front porch in just a couple of days, and at a very competitive price. We are very satisfied customers.
