Comments about Stanton St150 High Torque Digital Turntable (With 680Hp Phono:

These Decks are solid, I had Technics before and like them but the torque on these are about twice as much as the techs.. Once you adjust to using these decks the techs will seem sluggish.. love the built in features this deck comes with... If you looking for new decks or an upgrade from the techs this is the deck for you... The only con is this deck has about 10-15 pounds more weight a piece more than techs.. but these are road warriors... I strongly reccommend that You try these decks...

Comments about Stanton St150 High Torque Digital Turntable (With 680Hp Phono:

I was a little skeptical leaving the Technics behind and going with these Statons, but I am satisfied with my decision. I use these for every gig and I have not had a skipping problem once. These are very sturdy and gave me only one problem. One happen to break when my coffin slipped and the chip that runs the motor broke in half! But since that was my fault, I won't count it against them.

One bad this though, is that the support for these turntables are not as good the Technics. Technics have stores all over the place that fix them, but the Stanton's require you to send back to manufacturer and wait for a quote. Overall, Very good Product.
