This amp is the swiss army knife of amp heads. A loud 240 watts chock full of effects and a built in digital wireless that's rechargeable. As an added bonus there's a couple of built-in speakers ideal for home practice. The pre-set sounds are totally useable without modification. Amazing value.

    Amazing tone!

This amp is just ridiculous! I like the standalone function and built-in speakers sound but it really crushes when you go through a 4x12!! I'd definitely recommend getting the footswitch for it so you can access the effects and looper a lot more easily. Sick amp!

    Genius Design

Entry level amps are always coming out with new features that we're supposed to want, but seldom to they hit it so head on. This thing has speakers built right into the head, so when it's not hooked up to a cab, you can still rock out with it. It has a built in wireless system that's rechargeable, so when you're done playing, you just take the transmitter out of your amp, and plug it into the amp, and that recharges it. It has all the tones and FX you've come to expect from Line 6. I really like the color coded FX. It really helps me get the tones I want and remember where I put them.

Line 6 has done it again! Every time they redo these Spider amps they make them better and a better buy for your buck. This amp sounds great and has so many options right at your fingertips. There is not a better buy for the money. I would recommend to any of my friends.

This amp is beyond rad! The headline says it all: this amp is beyond versatile. Achieve literally any tone you want. Its easy to operate so you won't spend hours getting frustrated dialing in your tone. The Spider V head has so many different preloaded voices to sound like your favorite bands and so many other spots to allow you to develop your sound. I can't say enough good things about this amp!

          AMAZING SNARE

          By

A very rich snappy sound paired with the beautiful wood grain finish all topped off with that SLP badge makes this one of the baddest snares on the market at this current moment. The spruce wood definitely produces a very rich and powerful sound that has an acoustic resonance like no other. Premium hardware keep everything together nice and tight and make tuning a breeze

One of my favorite amps to use at the moment because of its sheer power and its ability to project. It has performed super well at nearly all of the gigs I've played since I've picked it up several months back. The various presets, drum loops and built in metronome make it very good for practice sessions too.

Interesting piece. Its a 200 watt amp head. It has built in 2" speakers and a tweeter so you can practice with it at 50w. Over 200 sounds and a built in looper. Amazing! I laughed, but plugged it in and I was fooled by the small "practice"speakers. hook it up to a 412 cab and it sounds massive

This is a great guitar amp and delivered the performance and power I needed to give my gigs an extra boost. It boasts of 240 W of power and delivers like a charm. Add in all the effects the V240HC comes with and you can get pretty creative with your playing too! A few more of the features that stood out to me were the built in metronome, free recording software that it comes with, and the built in looper for layering. All in all a great purchase and a great amplifier. I would recommend this to any guitarist!

            Love this amp

            By

Bought this from SamAsh White Plains. This amp is so versatile, I haven't even begun to figure out much of it's capabilities. There are plenty of preset sounds which already sound great. Don't let the 2 - 4" speakers fool you into thinking it is quiet. It is pretty loud for a medium sized room. Can't wait to get a 2 x 12" cabinet to pair with this.

Summary - thinking of getting another one!

            Thanks Sam Ash.
