49 keys of synth control with all 512 sounds. Still small enough for gig to gig travel and easy to use features. Great bending wheels and super responsive pads. Perfect for any electronic musician. I am a staff reviewer at Sam Ash Music.

          Comments about Korg Triton taktile 49 USB/MIDI 49-Key Controller/Synthesizer:

The Taktile 49 is essentially the same as the smaller 25, but with double the knobs, faders, pads, and four octaves instead of two. The keys are springy and have a good feel to them. The pads are accurate and respond well regardless of where you press. The knobs feel solid and don't wobble and the display screen, though small, is bright, crisp and easy to read. The Taktile also comes with a USB cable, instructions for downloading additional software and a couple for Abelton live. If that's not enough, you also get Toontrack's EZdrummer Lite, AAS's Ultra Analog, Strum Acoustic and Lounge Lizard (session) version, the M1Le virtual synth, and Reason Limited DAW.

To sum everything up, Korg has added something new to the USB controller world. Good quality, flexible controlling options and simple programming.

            Comments about Korg Triton taktile 49 USB/MIDI 49-Key Controller/Synthesizer:

The Korg Triton taktile 49 USB/MIDI 49-Key Controller/Synthesizer has loads of great features, and is very portable. You could pretty much pop it in a backpack and go to a jam session - it's that light and small. The Triton sounds are truly incredible. The pads feel real good and they have good colour reference. The keybed feels quite good and is very portable. The sounds are so great that someone who is a bit more of a novice, may be blown away and have loads of fun with it and is considered a good starter unit. I love the fact that this thing has all the high end features of controllers in its price range, but adds a buttload of high end sounds as well. IT's really the best bang for your buck.

Like it's little 25 key brother this keyboard is a combination of instrument and controller. Besides having extra keys this keyboard also has an additional 8 pads for you to drum out some killer drum tracks.
