Pro-Mark started a trend when we introduced the original Hot Rods.  Voted one of the top 15 percussion products of the last 25 years, the Rods family produces a lower volume than sticks, but more attack than brushes...perfect for a variety of applications.  When regular sticks are too loud and brushes too soft, Rods are just right.

    Comments about Promark Hot Rods:

These allow you to play like you want while cutting down the volume. I use them for light acoustic gigs, coffee houses, etc... Also great for practicing around te house. This is a real hands on review from Sammy @ Sam Ash Sarasota

    Comments about Promark Hot Rods:

great for an unplugged gig or if you need to keep the drums at a lower volume gig.
I used them to do an Irish/St.Patrick's day gig in a Firehouse. We had some older people so we needed to keep it low at the beginning of the night and these sticks did the trick.

        Comments about Promark Hot Rods:

These "bundled sticks" are a great compromise between sticks and brushes. They have the bounce of a stick and enough rigidity to make an effective cymbal strike - yet they offer great low volume feel for a variety of grooves.
