Yamaha gives you some of the features you'd normally find in models twice the price of the intermediate series with the YFL-461! All key shapes and placement have been ergonomically designed for comfortable, natural-feeling performance. The keys are hand-assembled and adjusted for a perfect 'touch' and balance while the nickel-silver, power-forged keys are very durable and less susceptible to breakage. Yamaha's unique screw resistance inserts allow smooth adjustments while preventing gradual loosening of the screws. Double bladder pads make for longer life and maximum seating, and cork key bumpers give you quieter action and lighter touch. The new undercut tone holes allow improved intonation and response due to smoother airflow throughout the instrument. Case included.
Other features include: an undercut and beveled embouchure hole for clean attack, sensitive response, and accurate intonation; thickened and redesigned key posts for improved durability and strength to maintain accurate rod alignment; unique footjoint alignment mark to facilitate proper fitting by younger players.
