The Yamaha NTX series is designed with the contemporary player in mind - thinner bodies, narrower necks, and cutaway designs provide comfort and playability for guitarists of any genre! The Yamaha NTX acoustic electric guitar is built with a solid spruce top and Nato back, sides and neck.
This guitar is amplified with a built-in Yamaha A.R.T. (Acoustic Resonance Transducer) Pickup/Preamp system, onboard tuner, 3-band EQ and individual volume controls for both pickups, as well as a multilayer damper to absorb excessive vibrations and control feedback. The bracing on the NTX is constructed with nylon string tone in mind, providing warm tones and excellent response.
