The Yamaha NCX900FM is certainly no exception - this guitar is built with a solid Engelmann Spruce Top, flamed maple back and sides, and a Nato Mahogany neck identical in shape to the neck of a classical guitar.
Its cutaway body and low string height allows easy maneuverability around the frets, and the bracing design helps bring out the warm tone of nylon strings and provide excellent response. The Yamaha NCX900FM also features a built-in A.R.T. (Acoustic Resonance Transducer) Pickup/Preamp system, onboard tuner, 3-band EQ and individual volume controls for both pickups, as well as a multilayer damper to absorb excessive vibrations and control feedback.
