Yamaha MG124CX 12 Channel Mixer (with Effects)

There are 6 high-quality Neutrik XLR mic preamps with switchable phantom power and 4 stereo input channels. The mic preamps carry Yamaha’s famous pedigree as they share the same technology found on their larger, pricier consoles. They’re mounted on top, easily within reach so hookup is a breeze! The dead-quiet 60mm faders are sturdy and smooth and make it easy to set just the right levels.

Each of the first 4 channels has built-in, adjustable compression. Commonly found on much more expensive, large-format mixing consoles, you can level out your vocal signal so all the nuances of your performance are clearly heard above the music. The Yamaha MG124CX has pre/post switchable AUX sends on all channels as well as Effect Send controls that adjust the level of the signal sent to the mixer's internal multi-effect system. Master send controls are also provided, as well as RETURN level controls for the AUX and Stereo busses.

Also on the first 4 channels is an insert point so you can patch in your favorite processer easily. Channels 1-8 feature a HPF and 3-band EQ so you can shape your tone precisely the way you hear fit! Illuminated Channel-On switches act as mutes so it’s easy even in dark-lit environments to check a channels status. Located above the mixer's master controls are the main stereo output connectors, phone-jack monitor output connectors, pin-jack recording outputs, and a stereo headphone jack. Easy-to-read 12-segment LED meters let you know where your levels are so you get the very best performance from your mixer.
