Built around the DTX500 Drum Trigger Module and with the addition of a full spread of DTX-PAD snare and tom pads with Textured Cellular Silicone drumhead technology, the Yamaha DTX560K drum set provides an extremely realistic, acoustic drum feel for the most natural and comfortable playing experience and it does it at a price well below other electronic drum sets with similar features.
The "brain" of the kit is the Yamaha DTX500 Drum Module which contains 427 drum, percussion and effects sounds. There are 50 preset kits at the ready, covering virtually every genre and there are 20 User kits in which you can create and store your own kits.
There are also 63 preset songs from all genres and 20 user song locations to create your own. It sounds great in there! There is also a high-quality Click function with the ability to customize the rhythm and tone functions to your liking. The DTX560K also features REAL hi-hat performance by putting the 13" RHH135 Hi-Hat Pad on a Yamaha hi-hat stand, included with the kit. The cymbals are two large PCY135 13", 3-zone choke-able cymbal pads. Close your eyes and you will not know that the cymbals are pads.
The drum and cymbal pads mount easily onto the NEW Yamaha RS500 pre-assembled compact rack system which sets up quickly and folds down just as fast for easy transport or storage. The KP65 Bass Drum kick tower feels good to play, is extremely durable and stays where you put it.
