Coated with a heavy-duty elastomeric spray coating and designed as an installation alternative to the carpeted S versions. The finish is very tough, and readily paintable to match surroundings. The steel grilles are foam-lined with acoustically transparent material to provide a more subdued appearance.
Crossover networks that divide the signal going to the woofer and compression driver are constructed with oversized coils, high voltage capacitors, and power resistors designed to provide the best possible sound quality and minimize loss. Overload protection is also included to protect the components. Connections on these loudspeakers are dual Neutrik Speakon 1/4" jacks for the highest possible strength and current capacity. Two of each connector makes it easy to "daisy chain," or add speakers.

Comments about Yamaha C215V Dual 15" 2 Way Passive PA Cabinet:
These speakers rock! They can play hard all night long and have lots of bass. They can handle long periods of high volume and are pretty cheap. The quality is good and if you add two Peavey subwoofers you have a really powerful system. I played these things at a party recently at about 700 watss each for 4 hours straight and they sounded great.Highly reccomend as an alternative to Peaveys. Much better sound. More durable to.

Comments about Yamaha C215V Dual 15" 2 Way Passive PA Cabinet:
These bad boys are a good value. You can't any other speaker so cheap that will sound like this. They can easily handle a 300-400 person crowd without a subwoofer. They have muddled mids and highs but the low end is good. I think that JBL and EV have better speakers but for the money you get an extremley tough speakers that plays very loud.
