Squier Vintage Modified Telecaster Thinline Electric Guitar (Assorted Colors)

Squier’s Vintage Modified Telecaster Thinline guitar features a semi-hollow body with a distinctive F-hole and classic Tele® tone from two Duncan Designed™ Telecaster pickups. Players from beginner to intermediate and beyond have done it for years—whether installing hotter pickups, alternate pickguards, or just plain personalizing their instruments with fancy paint jobs, modified means adding new twists to a familiar design. Features include a semi-hollow alder body, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, and a vintage style six-saddle bridge with string-thru design. Case not included.

I did a LOT of shopping around for my first guitar before I settled on this one. After handling Gibsons, Strats, Teles, Fenders, Les Pauls and just about any other guitar I could get my hands on, I knew I wanted a Fender Telecaster to pop my cherry on. The only thing that was holding me back was the price. After reading a lot of reviews online and talking to local musicians and music store personell, I was finally able to get my hands on one. This guitar feels exactly the same as a Fender but for a whole lot cheaper. I bought it the same day and have played it every day since. I am still a beginner, but I like to play country and southern rock, some blues and punk and this baby can handle anything. My only complaint was that I had to restring the guitar right away, the strings were junk, but i've heard this is fairly common, so....
When my friend comes over with his custom Les Paul he paid thousands for, I have to fight him for my guitar he likes it so much. Looking forward to traveling far with this guitar, it's outstanding!

This guitar is a blast to play, with the short Gibson scale you can really get some easy bends. It DOES have the real semi-hollow sound
and sounds VERY good for the price, in fact it sounds good period. Bridge P/U has a copper bar
beneath it, helps the GROWL if you know what I mean. Frets needed a little work on high "E" side
on mine. Feels great now. Neck a bit thin for me
but that's an individual preference. All in all it
is a very nice guitar, better than much more expensive Teles' I've played. Been playing for 35
years and I'd reccomend it to ANYONE, pretty thing
too, I have the Black one. Great for BLUES, country or Rock N' Roll. Well made, It won't warp if you take care of it like the other guy was concerned about. It is SOLID. Had mine for a year
and I play it more than any of my other guitars..
SG, Highway 1 Strat, Goodin Exit 22, Epi Goldtop with P-90s; All nice guitars but I Play this one
the most. Hope this helped you.

I love this guitar it plays awesome, it feels awesome and its a semihollow. But its a squire. Ive been playing drums for 15 years guitar for 8 but im not really serious about playing guitar i just wanted something to record with and something that would sound unique. I found it but my only question is if ill like this guitar in a year or more. or will the fact that its a squire mean that it will warp and the hardware will break. Im not sure but ive had it for a week now and i love picking it up. If your a hobbyist and not a serious guitarist get it cuz your not gonna find a semihollow for this price anywhere.
