Comments about Vic Firth Complete Drum and Cymbal Mute Pack:
you can jam on it it does have some problems with the muting and the sound but this piece of metal can really do some rockin' so rock on!! so when you want to keep things on the low down you better go somewhere else cause this thing is awesome but loud

Not enough muting

Comments about Vic Firth Complete Drum and Cymbal Mute Pack:
These cut out most of the higher end frequencies but leave your drums very bassy. I couldn't imagine playing on a drumset in an apartment with these. The high hat pad does very little muting. If you live in an apartment or row home, your neighbors will hear you. They might be suitable for a weekend, definately not late night.
