If your thumb rest has a ring to hook a neck strap you can still use this product. Cut the top part of the thumb cushion down to the center. Use a razor blade (remember the top part is the thinner wall. You should be able to insert your thumb rest cushion all the way in. You can also add a drop of superglue through the neck strap ring to secure the thumb cushion in place.
