TASCAM's latest breakthrough for home recording is the VL-A Series of reference monitors, a value priced lineup of great sounding reference monitors. The VL-A5 is a self powered 90 W, 5" woofer monitor. It includes a deep cabinet design that extendes the low end beyond similarly priced units. It employs a balanced TRS/XLR combination input and high and low frequency control to allow user to tailor the monitors response to their studio.

The manufacturer's warranty covers parts for 1 year and labor for 90 days from date of purchase. Heads and disk drives are warrantied for 90 days. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, abuse, and contains other exclusions.
