Sam Ash and Tama Drums have joined forces to create this unique kit as part of the Superstar Custom Series. The sizes of the drums in this kit provide you with an instrument that can comfortably cover any style of music you want whether it be rock, funk, jazz, etc. The kit includes one 18"x22" bass drum for additional low end bass tone, one 8"x10" and one 9"x12" tom tom with Tama's exclusive Starcast mounting system for superior resonance and sharp attack, one 14"x14" floor tom for fatter low tone and versatile floor placement. The snare drum is a color matching 5 1/2"x14" for a sharp, crisp sound.

Superstar's main shell materials is birch with basswood inner and out plies. Newly designed "Sound Bridge" high tension lugs ensure excellent sound and strength.
