Stageworks VP18B 18" Subwoofer
Stageworks has raised the bar for value and performance in sound reinforcement enclosures. VP Series speakers offer impressive frequency response - sparkling highs and tight, punchy bass performance. Economical and roadworthy, VP Speakers are perfectly suited for live sound, DJs, club installations, speech or houses of worship.

VP Series enclosures are sturdy yet lightweight. You get high output capability and low distortion with excellent high frequency extension. Each crossover in the VP Series is built using the highest quality components and designed specifically for that system.

The cabinets are covered in a durable black carpet and feature recessed handles, black coated metal grills, and two 1/4" jacks - one for Input and one for Extension.

I added these to work along side my Peaveys... They work great! I've used them in convention halls and out doors on live sound applications and SOME CD music. They aren't too awfully heavy and they are versatile. Of course, for a larger venue, you'll need something with more punch - just like with everything. But, for the money, these puppies are great!

I don't kow why they say "sparkling highs" - these are subs! They do perform the low end nicely.

i had to take out the handles off and seal the holes woood & glue & screus take off the speaker and seal the box and re-enforce all the wood in the inside and caulking everything specialy the pipe and only then will the speaker kicks BUT!!!!the copany has to hire me to re-make this box. (2 mutch work.)

I didn't purchase these speakers my guitar player did, we added another set of loud speaker mains to our system so since we had 4 loudspeakers and only 2 sub cabinets, Gary my guitar player[ who knows nothing about a live sound set-up or quality sub-cabinets] bought 2 of these stagework subs, so we plugged them in to check them out, tried playing through them to see how they sounded, Bad, Really Bad, muffled, not punchy, flat, really not at all good! SO needless to say he returned them..They were the worst sub-cabinets i've ever heard...[...]
