The C-1 is a double-cutaway shred machine that is ready to rock right out of the box that delivers top shelf quality at a working musician’s price. The body is carved from basswood and contoured to maximize player comfort. The bolt-on neck is constructed from maple and has been shaped in to an extra thin profile for high velocity soloing and the neck joint is specially contoured to allow easier access to the upper frets. The rosewood fingerboard is equipped with 24 medium frets that will facilitate effortless string bending. Mother of Pearl dot inlays add to the old-school vibe of this guitar.
The SGR C-1 sports a pair of Schecter designed SGR Diamond Plus pickups that ooze plenty of classic rock & roll vibe. The ceramic magnets dish out power to spare, and is a perfect choice for hard rockers everywhere. The control panel includes recessed master volume and tone controls, and a 3-way pickup selector toggle switch. Rounding out the hardware is a set of Schecter tuners for precise tuning. At the other end, the string throu-body design is paired with a traditional tune-o-matic style bridge for maximum tuning stability and sustain. A deluxe gig bag is included.
