Featuring a contoured mahogany body adorned with beautiful Multi-Ply binding and carved maple top.A bolt-on maple neck has been shaped in to an extra thin profile for high velocity soloing and sports an abalone inlaid rosewood fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo frets that will facilitate effortless string bending. This shred machine takes you to the next level. Metal players will love the tone of low-tuned power chords that can only be achieved with a 7 string.
The Schecter Damien Elite-7 sports a pair of high output metal approved EMG Humbuckers. An EMG 81-7 in the bridge and an EMG 85-7 in the neck position will deliver slabs of low-tuned molten metal mayhem. The simplified controls feature master volume and tone controls, 3-way pickup selector toggle switch. Rounding out the hardware is a set of Grover Rotomatic tuners, an adjustable tune-o-matic style bridge, paired with a string-thru body design for maximum tuning stability and sustain.
