The neck is constructed from 3 piece mahogany and has been shaped in to an extra thin profile for high velocity soloing and the neck joint is specially contoured to allow easier access to the upper frets. The rosewood fingerboard is equipped with 24 extra-jumbo frets that will facilitate effortless string bending. A plain ebony fingerboard with a single inlay at the 12th fret adds to the shredder vibe of this guitar.
The Schecter Blackjack ATX Solo 6 sports a pair of high output active Seymour Duncan Blackout AHB-1 Humbuckers; delivering scorching highs for lead playing and powerful tones for your rhythm attack. The control panel includes master volume and tone controls, and a 3-way pickup selector toggle switch. Rounding out the black chrome hardware is a set of Grover Rotomatic tuners with an 18:1 gear ratio for smooth and precise tuning. At the other end, the Hellraiser Solo-6 is outfitted with a tune-o-matic style bridge, paired with a string-thru body design for maximum tuning stability and sustain. Case not included.
