The neck is constructed from 3 piece mahogany and has been shaped in to an extra thin profile for high velocity soloing and the neck joint is specially contoured to allow easier access to the upper frets. The ebony fingerboard is equipped with 24 extra-jumbo frets that will facilitate effortless string bending. A plain ebony fingerboard with a single inlay at the 12th fret adds to the shredder vibe of this guitar.
The Schecter Blackjack ATX C-1 FR sports a pair of high output active Seymour Duncan Blackout AHB-1 Humbuckers; delivering scorching highs for lead playing and powerful tones for your rhythm attack. The control panel includes master volume and tone controls, and a 3-way pickup selector toggle switch. Rounding out the hardware is a set of Grover Rotomatic tuners with an 18:1 gear ratio for smooth and precise tuning. At the other end, the C-1 FR is outfitted with a double-locking Floyd Rose 1000 Series bridge that will keep your tuning and withstand anything you can dish out. Case not included.
