DIPLOMAT™ drumheads are the most open sounding WEATHERKING™ heads compared to AMBASSADOR™ then EMPEROR™ heads. DIPLOMAT™ heads are made using a single ply of 7.5mil thick film. They’re best known for resonant heads opening up the tom-tom sounds of EMPEROR™ and PINSTRIPE™ batter heads in live applications with their bright tones, resonance, and sustain.
DIPLOMAT™ heads come in clear and coated finishes for tom-tom (batter and resonant) and snare batter heads. Snare side heads come in a hazy finish only.
