The first battery charger on the market that charges today's high-capacity, longer-lasting Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) batteries in just 1 hour. Charges a combination of up to four AA or AAA NiMH batteries. Charges one 9-volt NiMH in two-three hours. "Smart charger" technology individually charges each to the maximum capacity, so partially drained batteries take less than 1 hour. After charging, you may leave NiMH batteries in the 1-Hour Charger until you are ready to use them. A "trickle charge" maintenance current will keep the batteries topped off - completely charged and ready to use. Also charges Nickel Cadmium(NiCd) batteries.
