Promark PWDC20W Dennis DeLucia Signature Japanese White Oak Wood Tip Marching Drum Stick
The Dennis Delucia PWDC20W signature model is made from Japanes Whit oak (Shira Kashi). The sticks are 16.75" long and the diameter is .680" or 17.3mm. The PWDC20W has a unique taper to tip transition which make the sticks more solid in feel. The oval shaped tip ensures consistent head contact at any playing angle. Oak generally speaking is heavier and more durable. What makes these sticks truly unique is the tapered grip area. Creating a flare at the butt end, which is slightly larger than the shaft results in an exceptionally well-balanced stick. Pro-Mark has introduced a new navigation system for their drumstick models. The system is based on the "Anatomy of Feel." First and foremost, "feel" is defined by diameter. This particular model falls under the category "XXL" and is color coded "RED" on the package. This model will work well with any other model in the "XXL"/ "RED" family.
