Phils Guitar Care Detailer Kit
Phil’s Detailer was adapted by the automotive industry where they use it on detailing high-end cars. Phil’s Guitar Clay has been adapted to address the softer finish of a guitar. This detailer kit helps to remove microscopic contaminants from the surface of your guitar.
The Detailing Mist is step 1 of the 3 step detailing process but can be used alone for touch-ups, light cleaning, and to add shine. When used in conjunction with the clay, Step 2, the microscopic particles become embedded into the clay to aid in restoring the guitar to its original luster. Step 3 is adding the high grade Carnauba wax, which offers a great shine and protects your finish against additional dirt and contamination. Apply the wax generously, let it set, then wipe it clean with the supplied micro fiber cloth, and you’re done.
