For Twenty Cymbals, Paiste receives blanks of hand crafted bronze from Turkey, which they then treat and refine in Switzerland according to their skills and criteria for sound and function. In the process, from the alloying to the shaping to the completion of the cymbals, they utilize hand craftsmanship exclusively. This is how Twenty cymbals come into being, cymbals of pure quality for the demanding requirements of drummers and percussionists.

The manufacturer's warranty covers parts for one year and labor for one year from date of purchase. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, abuse, and contains other exclusions.
