The MXR MC404 CAE Wah ends the debate over which Fasel inductor makes for a better wah tone: red vs. yellow. This pedal features both red and yellow Fasel inductors with two distinct voices (red for clear high-end emphasis or yellow for a more gritty tone with low to mid resonance). The MC 404 CAE allows you to choose between inductors with side-mounted kickswitches; bright LEDs on each side of the pedal indicate operation status. A built-in MXR MC401 Boost/LineDriver adds even more flexibility and kicks your tone into overdrive when you need a boost for soloing. The MC404 boasts true hardwire bypass, a long-life CTS potentiometer, and internal pots for "Q" and gain adjustments. The MXR MC404 CAE can be powered by either a Dunlop ECB003 AC Adapter or Single 9-volt battery.
