Features:

MTD Kingston basses are covered by a one-year limited warranty. Provided that the instrument was purchased from an authorized MTD Kingston dealer, the exclusive MTD distributor in each country warrants it against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from date of purchase to the original buyer or for a period mandated by the country’s government. This warranty is not transferable. With good care and routine preventative maintenance by a qualified luthier/repairman, these instruments will provide many years of pleasure.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or negligence in use, maintenance, or storage. MTD or the distributor is the sole judge as to the misuse or abuse of the product. Should warranty coverage be allowed, the distributor will make the decision to repair or replace at its sole discretion.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage. Frets, strings, nut, fingerboard, tuning machines, output jack, pickups and finish can wear out with normal use. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced without charge if the product is returned to a MTD Kingston Authorized Service Center, or the distributor, and only if the procedures in this warranty are followed completely. Warranty repair is defined as the restoration of the instrument to a condition that it functions properly.
