Larrivee's D-05 is an exquisite guitar made from some of the most carefully selected woods from all over the world. This painstaking craftmanship ensures you have the best possible tone, feel, and longevity possible. Start with the body, made out of a dazzling combination of mahogany (back and sides), Canadian Sitka Spruce (top/bracing), with a touch of Canadian Maple as well in the binding. The single piece mahogany neck is topped with an African Ebony fretboard. Other touches of elegance include an abalone rosette, an ebony bridge, ivoroid fretboard binding, and a beveled pickguard.
