I've owned this guitar for almost 4 years and it still sounds AMAZING! Nothing on this guitar has disappointed me, the sound is excellent, the feel is great and the over all performance is awesome. Even after 4 years of rehearsing, playing live, recording and jamming in my home, it still sounds excellent. Plus I've never had any problem with the electronics at all. I would highly recommend this guitar to anyone who needs an affordable instrument that will stand the test of time and take the abuse we musicians can put a guitar through!

I use this guitar to jam out with my band and just sit back and chill. Its more for hardcore rock but it puts out a clean sound for more mellow stuff. My M-100 is light and way more comfortable than my Jackson Rhodes.

u could use the tremolo bar for 4 hours it still stays in tune

I have been playing for about 11 years now and own quite a few guitars. Before I start bashing the other reveiws let me present my take on this guitar first. First of all in this price catagory you will not find an equal in any other brand. Starting with frett buzz, there has been very few guitars that i have bought that did not require a full out intonation, action set and neck adjustment out of the box. On double locking briges you also have to adjust your tension springs. After I brought this baby home and changed the strings I went ahead with my normal set up. If you do not know how to set up your own guitar ask your local Sam Ash Tech to help you out. In most cases what seperates guitar pricing the most is hard ware ( pick-ups, tuners, bridge ect..). This guitar has very basic stuff. For beginners or a nice practice piece this is perfect. As your playing progresses or if you are already experienced you will want to upgrade thse items. Again your Sam Ash Tech can help you out with this as well. Bottomline anybody writing reviews claiming to be experienced who either;A) Buys a guitar in this price range and expects to use the stock hardware to fit there neeeds orB) Has to complain about frett buzz because they can't set up there own instrument.Is clearly not someone I would take advice from. This guitar is way overlooked, when i plugged the guitar to my Line 6 amp, the guitar sounded better that I expected even with the stock pickups. Even though it has a licensed Floyd Rose, the whammy bar does the job with deep dive bombs and screaming pitches and it stayed in tune since I got this guitar. Overall too many people overlook this guitar too much. Plus ESP did a very good job with this guitar and I might buy another ESP like the Eclipse or the Viper in the near future.

I just kind of mess around in my room with it, and it's a very good guitar for metal especially.I got it in a pawn shop so it probably had most of it's problems fixed for me. if that tells you anything it's that it's worth fixing because no one would have spent TOO much fixing it. I doubt the pick-ups are stock because they don't have the ESP name on them. The frets hang over and the strings catch some times but they might have been replaced. I've had it for about six months and there are NO chips in it at all. NAN.There is a large scratch but that came with it.The only bad thing is that I have a dead spot on the top E 12th fret,but that's probably specific to my guitar. I wouldn't recommend this to a beginner as the floyd rose is a little finnicky. You have to be careful about spring tensions when changing strings.Thus far I have had no problems at all.Knobs and the switch are all securely in place. Do not jiggle or move.Something vibrates in it when I play tho.Don't know what it is. It's a great guitar though. Definitely worth the $[$]I got it for.
