Its a nice guitar and also has a nice price to it!
But i mainly like the tone of the guitar but the only problem i have is that it gets out of tone alot so if your a beginer ,these wont be such a great buy.But other wise it has a good tone a good price and a nice style.

I've had this Guitar for 3 years now,got for an ax to write with,take out door,s,do writers night's,e.t.c...But have used it in the studio as well.Not only Great for the money,but great sound with new strings.

I've had this guitar for about 2 years and have had no problems. The strings it comes with aren't that great but if you buy some elixer strings your ready to go. This gutiar has not given me any problems what so ever. Great Sound to it. The
top E string buzzes a little. And one thing if you get this guitar dont take off the pickguard it will be sticky under. That happened the first time I bought this guitar just take it back to the store and get a replacment.

This guitar is my first Acoustic-electric guitar. I love it and cannot stop playing it. I played my friends 1000 dollar Martin and he said this one was just as good as his. The only problem i had was that it came with a sticker thing to stop scratches from the pick when you strum. If you dont know what i mean it is like the white on the stratocaster. I call it the pick guard. When i peeled it off it left sticky marks on it and i couldn't figure out how to get it off until i used some orange furniture polish. it worked. The only thing i dont like about it is that it collects fingerprints very easily but besides that i like it a lot.

I've been self-learning guitar for about a year now and only had a cheap electric and needed an accoustic for practice and strengthening my hands. I figured and accoustic electric would be a great choice as you get the best of both worlds, but not really so much with this guitar. For the price its decent but I kinda expected more from Takamine. The tone isnt so great, the strings tend to buzz. Which could get better with different string however the wires inside came unattached and also cause it to buzz. The pickup and electronics aren't very good and click in and out occassional. For the price its not bad but I would suggest saving a bit more and buying something better with an active preamp.

I just got this guitar and the second i strumed it i fell in love the sound and the projection is so great for such a cheap guitar this was one of the best buys for me. i really wanted this other guitar that my friend had that was way more expensive, glad i didnt get it this guitar is way better and even when my friends jammed on it they couldnt believe it either. The only thing is that the pick up on it isnt to good and the paint job makes it look even cheaper than what it is but its still a beautiful guitar and beautiful sounding Takamine rocks!

This guitar's got balanced bass and treble all around. aesthetically, it's very appealing, a creamy white lining around the black finished body, and the chromed tuners are easy to use. However, the only major drawback i found while playing this guitar was the action started a little low, and this caused the
strings to twang. Upon further adjustment, the high "e" string continued to twang past the 6th fret. overall though, this guitar is great if you don't plan on playing past high "a".

I bought this in 2003 for my band and still have the original strings in it and never changed strings 'til now. Still shiny and good tune. I'll be using it in the church choir, this year (2008).

I bought this guitar thinking it would sound ok. not good or badThe stock strings were horrible, but with a pack of elixir, it sounds amazing for [$]. It has a great tone (sounds just like the Takamine version), and the pick up is ok. Not great but its still an acoustic-electric so its fine.I've had it about 2 years now and i still have people play it and ask how new it is.
