JBL JRX118SP 18" Powered Subwoofer
For those who prefer the simplicity of a self-powered subwoofer, JBL offers the JRX118SP. It comes loaded with a massive JBL 18" woofer and a specially designed amplifier that delivers 500 watts (peak) and 300 watts (continuous) output. Features: dual inputs with balanced XLR connectors; built-in stereo crossover network (great for systems with EON or other powered satellite speakers); peak limiter that protects the amplifier and speaker from clipping.

Excellent subwoofer. A little bit heavy - but all of them in that class are anyway ! Happy I bought it. I am looking into buying a second one to complete my system.

The JBLWarranty on professional loudspeaker products (except for enclosures) remains in effect for five years from the date of the first consumer purchase. JBL amplifiers are warranted for three years from the date of the original purchase. Enclosures and all other JBL products are warranted for two years from the date of the original purchase.
