well this was my first ibanez
(well second had to return first one because it was dented and scratched)
but any way when i first bought this guitar home i kept getting a buzz on just the low e string...
assumed it was because i had just put new strings on.
to make a long story short after so many visits in 3 months to the repair shop the neck was warped...and the tremolo is a pain the in the neck to maintain..

this is a great guitar i do not own this guitar but i have played it at samash through a big marshall 100 watt amp great sound and great for steve vai songs.

Being a lefty, Ive just about purchased every nice lefty Ive ever seen. Strats, Pauls, Kramers, and many others. [$] I have never owned a guitar so great for so little money. So many people say, oh ditch the factory pickups and do this and do that and blah blah blah. Bottom line, This guitar works in all directions. Is a mattof fact, I would say it was ten times better than some guitars I spent thousands on. When I was a kid, Ibanez was a copy knock off company that primarily made les paul copies. well then they were concidered junk. but by todays standards they are considered great. (Talking 70's) Ibanez had done a major face lift since then. I think the ibanez guitars are probably the best metal guitars on the market today, if not the best. The versatility you have for playing and matching the tone of some of your favorite metal bands are awesome. if you like vh tone,, you got it, you like metalica, you got it, you like Zack wylde, you got it and so on. I do not think you can ever go wrong with ibanez today.. by the way they just released a lefty JEM and Satches model as well. they are way to pricy though in my book. but if you want pretty, there it is.. if you want tone / sound it would surprize me if the jem sounded that much better for around 3k.

Best guitar ive played! it is extremely fast and easy to play, and the tremelo is very in tune. Incredible.

This is my fourth guitar and it is by far the best. I have also got a fender but this beter for the metal side of my playing. One downside is that if you tune any lower than D the floating trem looses its balance and goes into the body but it can easily be repared. This guitar for me for some reason it stays in tune for ages.

This is the best guitar that I've been able to find......Since I'm left handed it's hard to find a guitar that doesn't require a second mortgage or my right arm!!!!!I love the way the frets are wider cause I have longer fingers and standard frets are uncomfortable...I also love the fine tuning adjustments on this beauty!!!And the locks that keep it in tune are definately a plus!!!This guitar gets an A+ from me....Like I said....I'm in love with an Ibanez!!!!

I use the RG370DXL to record, play live and to mess around by myself. The thin neck is great, and allows fast playing. The lower horn is sculpted so you can easily access the upper frets. The guitar has plenty of bite and the black-on-black looks wicked. I only have a few complaints. The Edge III tremolo does not stay in tune very well after extreme dive bombing and high flutters. The action could be better also.

if ur a lefty u dont have much of a choice when it comes to guitars... i realy recomend this guitar for anybody that doesnt have lots of money and is a lefty...the pickups are pretty good but i would put some duncans on it...i dont own it yet but its probably going to be my next buy...o yea it sounds great with a marshall amp... wait any guitar sounds great with a marshall amp!!!

"I just bought this guitar and I really like it... If you are left handed, you know there are no many options for us... For a floating tremolo 24 fretted guitar, this ibanez model is all you might need... it has a flat neck, so it's really good for fast phrasing... I also play classical guitar so playing chords on this neck is not hard for me... It has jumbo frets, which means they are bigger and your fingers will feel the difference, but after a couple days you'll be alright... My only concern is that the pickups are incredibly responsive, they get everything!!! I took it as a challenge to play even cleaner, especially when I shred... the humbuckers are very good, the single coil is a little too noisy when distorted, so I use it only on combinations and when I wanna play with modeled acoustic sounds... In the end, all I can say is that this guitar is worth the money... It has enough features to keep you busy for a while and it is not really heavy and not really light so it won't kill you if you practice for hours and hours..."
