Ibanez IJXB190 Jumpstart 4 String Bass Package

Centered around the JXB190 bass, you get the whole deal - 15-watt practice amp, headphones, an instructional DVD in English and Spanish with Gerald Veasley, tuner, strap, picks, cable, accessory pouch, and gig bag. The JXB190 provides high-end looks and details for its price range, featuring a mahogany body, maple neck with 22-fret rosewood fingerboard, adjustable B10 bridge, "P" and "J" style pickups, and chrome hardware. Very good but the ibanez GSR200FM is better --cheaper too but isnt a package but for a couple more bucks youll be good to go.

I got this bass a few years back and I still enjoy playing it. Great sound and tone, but fret buzz can be annoying sometimes. Nice amp too. The electronics can become a problem because the soldering for the wires inside wasn't very good quality, but if you can solder, then you're fine. Best thing is the price. Great way to start if you want to become a bass player. Has everything you need. Plus the headphones arent too bad either. Dvd is useful if you've never touched a bass guitar in your life.

I am a guitar palyer but i am now hooked on this bass. It is very good to start out with. You might want to get something better later on like everyone does. But to learn and practice it is very very nice. I have the black one and it is very nice. The extra stuff like wires and headphones... yeah they are not good at all. amp is ok.
