Great all around bass, although it has some weight size is not too overbearing (just get a good strap. Would not reccommend for small framed individuals. This bass has awesome sound, both high and low end. If your considering this one i think you'll be pleased with it.

Sounds great. Well built. Heavy for a mahogany instrument. Neck not as fast as SR neck or Warwick 5 string.(Bulky neck profile.)Poplar top is beautiful. Great for recording. Sucks for extended live playing due to weight and balance issues. Beautiful finish. Needs a good setup if you play fingerstyle as I do. Bought because Fishman Piezo gives unique sound.
