The neck of the AEG10NE is much thinner than a traditional nylon-string guitar, making it perfect for players who find other classical necks too wide and uncomfortable. A beautifully resonant Spruce top sits on a slim Mahogany body offering vibrant tone and total playing comfort. The Ibanez AEQ-SST Shape Shifter preamp with built-in tuner combined with the Fishman Sonicore pickup give the AEG10NE a rich tone not usually available in this price range. Appointed with gold classical tuners, Abalone rosette and multi-ply body binding. Case not included.

The strings it came with were low-tension, causing it to sound dull. Don't get discouraged, just order a good set of high-tension strings with it. Changing them to a D'Addario high-tension string brought my guitar to life! For the price, it's loaded with features. The electronics are superb, EQ excellent, tuner feature is great. The XLR output is perfect for recording direct. It's light weight and thin body make it very comfortable to play for extended sessions. Fit and finish are very good. I liked mine so much, I ordered a steel-string version, too.

This guitar rocks! The sound, the feel, the look, etc.. Everything about it just screams PLAY ME!! I got it for Christmas and I love it :)

I've been playing steel guitars for 4 years, and I wanted to play a nylon.. let me tell you, this is so soft on my fingers, it's amazing. You'll love this :)
