Ibanez AC35ECENT Artwood Grand Concert Cutaway Acoustic/Electric Guitar

The Ibanez AW35ECENT Artwood Grand Concert is a cutaway acoustic/electric with a classic look and feel, while sporting a large body for a room-filling sound. The mahogany body has a solid cedar top for that warm classical tone, and a cutaway design for easy access to the upper frets.

It also features a B-Band UST pickup to capture your playing, complete with SRTn preamp with XLR/1/4" outputs, notch filter, and an onboard tuner. Additional appointments include an abalone rosette, gold-toned die cast tuners with brown pearloid knobs, Ivorex II nut and saddle, Advantage bridge pins, maple body and neck binding, and rosewood fingerboard. Case not included.

I have been using a carlo Robelli for years and i finally decided to go get a better guitar. so i searched online for a guitar for a while, and i decided to buy an Ibanez. when i went to the store to try out a guitar i wanted, sam ash didn't have it. so i picked up this guitar and started playing and i fell in love. it has a warm, but bright sound to it. i bought it that night and i dont regret it at all. great guitar,great action, great buy! sounds excellent plugged in.

I went guitar shopping to buy a cedar top concert guitar. I played this versus the Takamine EAN40C [$]. I bought the Ibanez Artwood at [$].You expect warm and rich tone with a cedar top, but the Takamine was muddy in the mids and bass. The Ibanez is warm and rich, but also has a brightness that is unbelievable. Chords are full and deep, and leads are clear and bright. I don't know how Ibanez does it, but I spent $500 less for a much better sounding guitar. This guitar is a superb value-highly recommended.
